You reserve the right to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking information. After a product is shipped, only the Return and Exchange Policy will be applied to it.
Aleezy however may cancel orders for any reason.

After arriving on the category page of your choice, click on the product you want to purchase, enter the quantity in number and press the “Add Cart” button. This will prompt you to a window which will ask you whether to continue shopping or head to the checkout. On the checkout page, you will be asked to enter your billing, shipping and personal information after which you can view the payment options and review your order.

You can only Exchange your merchandise within 7 days after receiving the order.

We offer free delivery nationwide.

After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 days for our team to process and ship your order. Customers, usually receive their parcels within 2-3 days after shipment. All this information is entitled to change depending upon weekends, national holidays and political situation.

“Cash on Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Aleezy reserves the right to process COD orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period involving high volume in case of sales, season launches and other promotions.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery time can exceed for remote areas of Pakistan.
